Harman international Industries, inc., Future Experience Intern - mountain view, CA

Designed and built functional autonomous robotic speaker demonstration concept. Applied user-centered design process to identify user needs, benchmark technology trends, and generate robot features. Purchased components and programmed robot to communicate with Arduino-controlled wheel base and interact with environment. Worked with Director and VP of Future Experience to create design and implemented with support from colleagues.

Summer 2017

Tested and debugged prototype GeoVision navigation system, a low cost, high accuracy inertial navigation system targeted for unmanned aerial vehicle use during denied GPS. Self-taught basic C programming and programmed (TERN C) a printed circuit board to log real-time GPS test data. Field surveyed optical targets to establish high-accuracy test positions. Analyzed GPS receiver data to produce test truth scenarios. Worked independently under guidance of chief engineers.

Summer 2010

Collaborated with coworkers in small teams to manage air quality emissions database and run queries to provide averages for emissions reporting. Assisted in creating final reports for air monitoring agencies.  Worked with marketing department to construct and maintain company website and perform marketing research and advertising campaigns. Used search engine optimization tools to increase impact of website.
